The Customer agrees that Rivium may disclose a credit report about it to any credit provider, debt collecting agency or Rivium's insurers for the purposes of assessing the Customer's credit-worthiness for the supply of Products and Services under credit arrangements, or to collect any overdue payments (as the case may be).
Where a customer requires Rivium consultants to provide services after hours (Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8am, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) we will charge these services and twice the normal daily rate.
Customer may submit to Rivium written requests to change the scope of Services described in a Statement of Work (each such request, a “Change Order Request”).
Customer and Rivium may not assign, delegate or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, by agreement, operation of law or otherwise without prior written consent from both parties.
Rivium may replace or change employees and subcontractors as required.
Customer and Rivium may execute statements of work that describe the specific services to be performed by Rivium, including any work product to be delivered by Rivium (as executed by the parties, a “Statement of Work”).
For Rivium’s performance of Services, Customer will pay Rivium fees calculated in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable Statement of Work and Order Document(s).
Rivium warrants that the Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards.
