River Water definition

River Water means water supplied by the Water Resource Department or any other government agency to the Said Project/Whole Project in accordance with the infrastructure created by the department or the Promoter as per the NOC granted for supply of water to the Said Project/Whole Project.
River Water means untreated river water obtained by Sunoco from the Ohio River.

  • The Town will provide potable water to the Property in sufficient quantities for development of the Project as contemplated herein, subject to the limitations and requirements of permits issued to the Town from time to time by the St. John’s River Water Management District in connection with water consumption.
