River Easement Area definition
River Easement Area means any area on the River set aside for easement purposes as reflected on the Plat of Subdivision or otherwise provided for herein and shall include but not be limited to the area measured from the shoreline of any Lot to the Lot line located on or about the center of the River as shown on the Plat of Subdivision.
