Risk pooling or sharing definition
Risk pooling or sharing means any common fund: (1) which is composed of cash, investments permitted by law, and other assets; (2) to which two or more Participants have agreed to contribute; (3) from which claims and risk management costs of any contributor to that common fund shall be paid; and (4) which operates in accordance with this Agreement.
