Risk Mitigation Fee definition

Risk Mitigation Fee means zero point twenty per cent (0.20%) per annum.

Examples of Risk Mitigation Fee in a sentence

  • If your credit does not qualify, or the Verification of Rental History cannot be obtained, you may still be approved with a Risk Mitigation Fee and the higher, 1.5 times the rent Security Deposit.
