RINGS definition

RINGS means a real time gross settlement system with the BNB through which final, individual (transaction by transaction), real-time BGN transfers are carried out among the settlement accounts of the participants after the system has received the transfer order on part of the participants. Important payments are systematically carried out via RINGS, including payments of bank customers equaling or exceeding BGN 100,000 and payments of bank customers without amount limitation, initiated to the system at the request of the bank customer.
RINGS used to deliver actuation currents from pacemaker devices; and (iii) generic pacemaker components; and (iv) surgical instruments not considered to be endovascular or intravascular prostheses (collectively, "Excluded Products"). (Licensor's affiliate) to transfer or provide any Technical Information to Licensee or any Sublicensee that (A) is proprietary to Noble-Met and existed or was in the possession of Noble-Met at the time of its combination with Licensor on May 31, 2000, or (B) is developed in the future for the benefit of third party customers and does not directly infringe upon the Licensed Patents; or (ii) to preclude Noble-Met from developing any products, technologies or processes now or in the future with any third party customer, which products, technologies or processes do not infringe upon the Licensed Patents.
RINGS. Failuretwice by the worker to answer shall be deemed to be failure to be available to telephone contact. Failureto be available to telephone contact, or failure to report for as assigned if contacted prior to a.m. Saturday shall result in an absenteeism entry being made into personnel recordof the worker signs the list.
