Rightslink definition

Rightslink means the system hosted by the Copyright Clearance Center which De Gruyter uses for the identification and administration of the open access publication. For the avoidance of doubt, De Gruyter always remains primarily responsible towards Licensee for any and all obligations set forth in this Agree- ment. Copyright Clearance Center’s failure in identifying and/or administrating the open access publica- tion will not relieve De Gruyter of its obligations.
