Right Networks will refund fees on a prorated basis to the extent it terminates your Services during a Billing Period without cause.

Right Networks shall be permitted to contact appropriate governmental authorities to report the discovery of any illegal content or data in connection with performance of the Services.
In the event that Right Networks incurs attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with any such civil or criminal process, you will be responsible for reimbursing Right Networks for all attorneys’ fees and costs.
After Right Networks receives and validates your request to reset account login information, Right Networks will use its reasonable efforts to take the requested action.
Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as creating an agency, partnership or joint venture between Right Networks and you.
