Rigger and or splicer means an adult employee who is: 4.26.1 responsible for the rigging involved in the erection, placing in position, dismantling of structural steel, plant, buildings, machinery, equipment and like; or 4.26.2 responsible for the erection of tackle with wire or ropes for lifting; or 4.26.3 engaged on splicing or repairing wires and/or ropes (not including machine splicing); or

  • During use and operation of the Equipment, Owner, directly and through its agents, servants and employees, shall at all times, assume the roles and fulfill all the responsibilities of the a) Lift Director, b) Lift Planner, c) Site Supervisor d) controlling entity, e) Site Safety Officer, f) Crane User and/or LHE User, g) Signalperson, h) Rigger, and i) Spotter; as those terms are defined in 29CFR1926.1400-1444 including subpart CC (OSHA), ASME P30.1 Lift Planning and ASME B30.5 (2018).

  • The City recognizes the Union as the sole and ex- clusive bargaining agent for all employees of the City of Bloomington working at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts in the following titles: Stagehands, Crew head, Up Rigger and Yellow Card Stewards, , excluding all other City employees, includ- ing but not limited to the Production Manager and Asst.

  • Further it is envisaged that the gang of worker for carrying out the each jobs in these plants at one location shall consist of proper category of manpower like MWF/Fitter, One/Two Rigger and One/Two Helpers depending upon the nature of the job along with dedicated tools and tackles.

  • The Employee has and is engaged to utilise the following tickets or combination of tickets; (a) Crane Drivers >40T; (b) Advanced Rigger and Intermediate Scaffolders' Tickets (Must hold both); (c) Intermediate Rigger and Advance Scaffolder's Tickets (Must hold both).

  • The new positions are Drilling and Maintenance Operator (DMO) covering the functions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ man, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ man Assistant and Roughneck, and Operation and Maintenance Operator (OMO) covering the functions of the Rigger and Rigger Assistant.

  • Both Rigger and Company fully and freely intend to create an independent contract relationship under this Agreement.
