Ridgetop s system” shall mean the entire wastewater system including gravity sewers, manholes, laterals, pumping stations, force mains, service lines and connections, and appurtenances thereto lying within the City Limits of Ridgetop, such future additions and extensions thereto as may be made from time to time.
