Ride Commissions definition
Ride Commissions means the commissions due to the City by Operator based on the Net Receipts of rides sold at the Amusement Park as more specifically described in Section 8.2.

City further understands and agrees that sales of Services and products by Operator to its employees at a staff discount shall not be included in the calculation of Net Receipts for determining the Ride Commissions, Food Commissions or Catering Commissions due to the City under this Section.
Ride Commissions are paid as a percentage of the ride’s Commissionable Ride Value (see Commissionable Ride Value).
