Rice Miller definition

Rice Miller means the owner or other person incharge of a rice mill, or authority which has ultimate control over the affairs of such mill and when the said affairs are entrusted to a Manager, Managing Director or Managing Agent, Such Manager, Managing Director or Managing Agent holding a valid licence under the Himachal Pradesh Trade Articles (Licensing and Control) Order, 1981;
