RHSSA shall have the meaning specified in the preamble. "Secretary" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01. "Share of Common Stock" shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.06. "Transfer" shall mean any sale, exchange, transfer, assignment, pledge or other disposition of all or any portion of, or any interest in, Shares of Common Stock. "Treasurer" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01. "Vice Chairman" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01. "Vice Presidents" shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.01.

  • The Initial Member and RHSSA made contributions of capital to the Company (each contribution made to the Company before or after the date hereof, a "Capital Contribution") in the amount shown on Schedule B to this Agreement.
