RHNA definition

RHNA means the local government’s share of the regional housing need allocation pursuant to Government Code section 65584 et seq.
RHNA means the Regional Housing Needs Allocation to be developed by HCD in consultation with each council of governments, where appropriate, which shall determine the existing and projected need for housing for each region.
