RHD Business definition
RHD Business means (i) the R.H. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇iness, (ii) the businesses of the members of the RHD Group, (iii) any other business conducted by the Corporation or any Subsidiary of the Corporation primarily through the use of the RHD Assets, (iv) the businesses of Business Entities acquired or established by or for RHD or any of its Subsidiaries after the date of this Agreement and (v) the business of the Corporation from and after the Effective Time.
