RGA Procedure definition
RGA Procedure means the returned goods authorization (RGA) procedure specified in Schedule C, as revised by Company from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

"Sample(s)" shall mean a Product to be provided to a potential purchaser for use in evaluating the performance of the Product. “Scheduling Order” shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.6 hereof. "Term" has the meaning given to such term on Schedule A hereto. "Territory" has the meaning given to such term on Schedule A hereto. "Tester" shall mean a Product provided by Company to Distributor for use in demonstrating the features and benefits of the Product to potential purchasers. "Third Party" shall mean any person or entity that is not a Party or an Affiliate of a Party. “Trademarks” shall have the meaning given to such term on Schedule A hereof.
Examples of RGA Procedure in a sentence
Returns by Distributor to Company of Products shall be governed by the RGA Procedure and Company's policies as announced from time to time.
All returns shall state the specific reason for such return, and will be processed in accordance with POLYMER'S RGA Procedure, a copy of which is available from POLYMER upon request, and which includes a provision that POLYMER shall review and approve or deny any returns prior to shipment and such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
