RFT Materials definition
RFT Materials means all correspondence, data, plans, materials, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, photographs, models and all other information and documentation in any form provided or made available to any Proponent by, or on behalf of the LKDSB in connection with, or arising out of this RFT (collectively, the “RFT Materials” and all intellectual property rights therein.
