The Contractor, if not licensed as an asbestos abatement contractor or a Roofing, Flooring, and Siding (RFS) contractor in accordance with Section 54.1-514, of the Code of Virginia, shall have all asbestos related work performed by subcontractors who are duly licensed as asbestos contractors or RFS contractors as appropriate for the work required.
