RFQ Document definition

RFQ Document means the documents set out in Clause 2.2 including all the Appendices, Enclosures and Schedules thereof and any amendments thereto made in accordance with the provisions contained in thisdocument.
RFQ Document means the Request for Quotation document issued by the Principal to Consultants during the quotation phase;
RFQ Document means the Request for Quotation document issued by the Principal to contractors during the quotation phase; 'Schedule of Rates' means the schedule of rates and prices (if any) identified in RFQ Document Part 4 Response Schedule;

Examples of RFQ Document in a sentence

  • If the Purchaser receives any request for clarification of this RFQ Document, it will upload its response together with any amendment to this document, on the www.tenders.tn.gov.in portal for information of all Bidders.

  • A signed, completed copy of the enclosed RFQ Document Checklist and documents required therein.

  • All headings, subtitles and marginal notes to the clauses of the GPC, SPC or to the Specifications or to any other part of RFQ Document are solely for the purpose of giving a concise indication and not a summary of the contents thereof, and they shall never be deemed to be part thereof or be used in the interpretation or construction thereof.

  • The Respondent must also submit the Qualifications Coversheet and the Certification of Company located at the end of this RFQ Document.

  • I/We have examined and have no reservations to the RFQ Document issued by you on [insert date] I/We understand that you reserve the right to reject all the Quotations or annul the procurement proceedings without incurring any liability to me/us.

  • In case, any activity though specifically not covered but is required to complete the work as per scope of work, scope of supply, specifications, standards, drawings, GPC, SPC or any other part of RFQ Document, the prices quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of cost incurred for such activity.

Related to RFQ Document

  • TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.

  • Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

  • Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Revolving Loan Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, the Asset Purchase Agreement, any Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Backup Servicing Agreement, the Custodial Agreement and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by Company or Holdings for the benefit of any Agent or any Lender in connection herewith.

  • Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, the Guaranty, each Letter of Credit Document and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement (other than the Fee Letter and any Specified Derivatives Contract).

  • Transfer Document means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Document or “Documentation” means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;
