RFPA definition

RFPA shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Construction Contract.
RFPA shall refer to the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978. “SEC” shall refer to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
RFPA means the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978.

  • Backflow Prevention Assembly means any mechanical assembly installed at a water service line or at a plumbing fixture to prevent a backflow contamination event, provided that the mechanical assembly is appropriate for the identified contaminant at the cross connection and is an in-line field-testable assembly.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Unfit-for-use tank system means a tank system that has been determined through an integrity assessment or other inspection to be no longer capable of storing or treating hazardous waste without posing a threat of release of hazardous waste to the environment.

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • InterMTA Traffic is: (a) traffic originated by a CMRS end user of ALLTEL in an MTA and terminated to an end user of MATC in another MTA; and (b) traffic originated by an end user of MATC in one MTA and terminated to an end user of ALLTEL in another MTA.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
