RFP/Tender Document definition

RFP/Tender Document means this document, setting out a description and specification of works and statement of the technical and other standards to which works are to be performed including any modifications thereto. This includes the technical & commercial specifications and other documents forming a part of the Contract.
RFP/Tender Document means the bidding document issued by the Company
RFP/Tender Document means the Request for Proposal used as a solicitation document to establish this Rate Contract, including all its amendments and modifications.

RFP/Tender Document means the Request for Proposal prepared by the Employer for the selection of Energy Audit Firms/ESCO’s.

Related to RFP/Tender Document

  • Tender Document means this Tender Document (comprising Part 1, Part 2 and

  • Tender Documents means the General and special conditions of contract (2.1.8) and tender specification (2.1.9).

  • Order Document means any official Purchaser document and attachments thereto specifying the Software to be purchased from the Vendor under this Contract.

  • Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

  • Offer Document means an offer document dispatched to shareholders of the Target setting out in full the terms and conditions of an Offer.
