RFP/Q means the Phase I and Phase II Request for Proposals and Qualifications issued by the City in connection with the land-based casino development project for the City.
RFP/Q. – means a Request for Proposal/Quotation, which is a written official enquiry document encompassing all the terms and conditions of the bid.
