RFP materials definition

RFP materials means anything submitted by a Bidder to Covered California in response to this RFP, including, but not limited to, written questions about this RFP, and responses to any stage. The sealed package must be plainly marked with the (1) RFP number and title,
RFP materials means the materials regarding the ownership and operation of the Property which Sellers have previously delivered to Purchaser and which are listed on Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.
