RFIE is not a guarantor or indemnitor of any indebtedness of any other person, firm, or corporation.
The Purchaser acknowledges that he has sufficient business and financial experience, and knowledge concerning the affairs and conditions of RFIE so that he can make a reasoned decision as to this purchase of the Shares and is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of this purchase.
