Checks will be mailed to the address and contact name listed on the RFF.
The RFF must include the proposed eligible uses and the amount of funds proposed for expenditure under each eligible use.
HHAP-2 funds will be disbursed in a single allocation via mailed check once the RFF has been received by the SCO.
