RFAC definition

RFAC has the meaning set forth in Recital C above
RFAC means RF Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation. “RFAC Board” means the board of directors of RFAC.

  • When an on‐ramp is used, the Government will award a catalog providing the awardee meets the criteria established in the initial RFAC.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.
