RF Converter definition

RF Converter means printed circuit assembly which converts coaxial carried RF signals to a digital bit stream, manufactured by Manufacturer for Customer, and which specifications are listed in Exhibit "B".

Related to RF Converter

  • Converter means an electronic device which converts signals to a frequency acceptable to a television receiver of a Subscriber and by an appropriate selector permits a Subscriber to view all Subscriber signals included in the service.

  • Certificate of Conversion means the Certificate of Conversion to Limited Liability Company of the Corporation to the Company as filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to the Delaware Act.

  • Date of Conversion Conversion Price:_______________________________________________________________

  • Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) is As Defined in the Act.

  • Notice of Conversion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
