RF Business definition

RF Business means the design, development, manufacture, marketing, distribution or sale (including solicitation of sale) of, and provision of foundry services and other services related to, RF Products.
RF Business means the business conducted by RF that was conducted by PFI in relation to the Excluded Businesses (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) during the six-month period preceding the Effective Date.
