Except as otherwise provided in this Indenture, the Successor Co-Issuer or Successor Guarantor (if other than Rexnord or such Guarantor, as the case may be) will succeed to, and be substituted for, Rexnord or such Guarantor, as the case may be, under this Indenture and, if applicable, such Guarantor’s Guarantee, and Rexnord or such Guarantor, as the case may be, will automatically be released and discharged from its obligations under this Indenture and, if applicable, such Guarantor’s Guarantee.

Upon Apollo’s request, Rexnord shall cause the other members of the Rexnord Group to become parties hereto directly in order to avail themselves of the services hereunder.
