Rework Material definition
Rework Material means off-specification material located at the Facilities not meeting the definition of Finished Inventory but which has been or is designated for reprocessing through the erema or similar outside process, and which, based on a technical assessment agreed to by the Parties, may be blended into Finished Inventory or sold at a discounted selling price.
