Reward Threshold Level definition

Reward Threshold Level means, with respect to the Basic Loyalty Program Service Package, the number of points necessary for your customer to receive a reward coupon (“Reward Coupon”). One point corresponds to one dollar spent by your customer.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Maximum Index Level means, in respect of a series of bear CBBCs, the highest Spot Level of the Index during the MCE Valuation Period;

  • Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
