Reward Scheme means any arrangement or system of incentives that would provide a Reward to a Team Member. Social Media means any tool that can be used for sharing information, including but not limited to: blogs, photo sharing, video sharing (such as You Tube), social networks (such as Twitter, Facebook or Instagram), mobile phones, texting and webcasting. Support Group means the group of persons appointed by CGA to provide support services to the Team, CGA and CGA Sponsors during the Games. Team means the 2018 Australian Commonwealth Games Team. Team General Manager means the general manager of the Team appointed by CGA for the Games.

  • Plan Share Award or "Award" means a right granted to a Participant under this Plan to earn or to receive Plan Shares.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Cash Award means an award denominated in cash.

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.

  • Phantom Stock Award means an Award granted under Paragraph X of the Plan.

  • Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • LTIP Award means each or any, as the context requires, LTIP Award issued under any Equity Incentive Plan.
