Reward Redemption definition

Reward Redemption means the periodic reimbursement payments due and payable by Franchisor to Manager for the benefit of owners of Sub-Units that are rented to Hilton Honors customers under the Rental Program, triggered by Hilton Honors customers’ redemption of Honor points, and allocated by Manager to the applicable Sub-Units based on their respective daily rental usage by Hilton Honors customers, calculated as set forth in Section 6(e).

  • Information regarding minimum/ maximum points required for redemption and Reward Redemption methods shall be mentioned and updated on the bank website.

  • The Bank reserves the right to change the minimum/ maximum number of Reward Points and Reward Redemption methods with due notice to the cardholders.

  • Platforms with Reward Redemption require a 20% minimum deposit of the estimated budget, or $2,500, whichever is greater (a “Deposit”) to be invoiced separately prior to activation.
