We, or our third party partner (“Rewards Platform”) may remove or add a Reward Partner without first letting you know.
Reward Partner Add One of the following alternatives to Alternative 1: Partners eligible for Reward Partners reward.
Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
Partner means any General Partner or Limited Partner.
Reward means any goods, services, benefits, arrangements or other privileges (including, without limitation, miles on participating airline frequent flyer programs, payment of annual Cardmembership fees or rebate), as may be determined by the Bank in its reasonable discretion, which may be redeemed or obtained by the use of Points under the Program; and S$ means the lawful currency of the Republic of Singapore.
General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.
