Reward Opportunity means, with respect to each Participant Category, incentive reward payment amounts, expressed as a percentage of Base Salary, which corresponds to various levels of pre-established Performance Goals, determined pursuant to the Reward Schedule.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

Goals for individual Contracts may be adjusted as provided for in this chapter and shall not be construed as a minimum for any particular Contract or for any particular geographical area.

  • Target Bonus shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) hereof.
