RevPar Threshold definition
RevPar Threshold shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.03 A(ii).
RevPar Threshold means 102.4% of the RevPAR of the Hotel's Competitive Set, as set forth in the applicable Revenue Data Publication, or such other amount as may be agreed to by Lessee and Operator as part of the approved Annual Plan for the applicable Fiscal Year.
