Revolving Multicurrency Commitment means, collectively, the 2027 Revolving Multicurrency Commitments and the 2028 Revolving Multicurrency Commitments.

  • Prior to the effectiveness of any such reallocation, the Borrowers shall provide the Administrative Agent with five (5) Business Days prior written notice of their election for such a reallocation, which notice shall provide (a) the amount that the Total Revolving Multicurrency Commitment shall be increased or decreased, as the case may be, and (b) the date such increase or decrease shall take effect.

  • Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Multicurrency Commitments.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage means, as to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, the ratio of (a) the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitment of such Revolving Credit Lender to (b) the Revolving Credit Commitment of all the Revolving Credit Lenders.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.
