Each Lender shall before 12:00 Noon (Atlanta, Georgia time) on the next Business Day make available to the Administrative Agent, in immediately available funds, the amount of its pro rata share (based on its Revolving Commitment Ratio) of such principal amount of Swing Loans outstanding.
