Pursuant to the terms of an Upstate Revitalization Initiative – Incentive Proposal and Grant Disbursement Agreement (“GDA”) between Empire State Development (“ESD”) and the University, the New York Food & Agriculture Challenge (Grow- NY) business competition (the “Competition”) was established.
The City of Auburn was awarded $10 million in funding through the Upstate Revitalization Initiative to host the new I Love NY – Equal Rights Heritage Center in downtown Auburn.
