revised scale definition
revised scale means the scale substituted in the Schedule by the Kerala Motor Transport Workers' Payment of Fair Wages (Amendment) Act, 1997.
revised scale in relation to a post means the scale of pay specified in column (3) of the First Schedule against the ‘existing scale’ applicable thereto, as specified in column (2) thereof, unless a different ‘revised scale’ is notified separately for that post under sub-rule (2) of rule 4 and includes ‘revised selection time scale’, ‘revised senior scale of pay’, and ‘revised selection grade scale of pay’, if any, prescribed for the post;
revised scale means the scale of pay of a post as shown in column 7 of the Schedule.
