revised scale definition

revised scale in relation to a post means the scale of pay specified in column (3) of the First Schedule against the ‘existing scaleapplicable thereto, as specified in column (2) thereof, unless a differentrevised scale’ is notified separately for that post under sub-rule (2) of rule 4 and includes ‘revised selection time scale’, ‘revised senior scale of pay’, and ‘revised selection grade scale of pay’, if any, prescribed for the post;
revised scale means any of the scales of pay sanctioned by the Government of West Bengal, Education Department Order No. 372-Edn. (CS)/5P-9/74, dated 7th April, 1975,

Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.
Benefit Schedule means a schedule of benefits attached to these Terms and Benefits which sets out, among others, the benefit items and maximum benefits covered.
