Revised Launch Date definition

Revised Launch Date means the revised Committed Launch Date to be no later than thirty (30) days after the Committed Launch Date.

Examples of Revised Launch Date in a sentence

  • In the case of a Revised Launch Date which does not lead Innovex to terminate this Agreement, the date in the previous sentence shall be extended to a new date which is six (6) months prior to the new Revised Launch Date.

  • If the Committed Launch Date is delayed, then the Term shall commence on the Revised Launch Date.

  • If at any time CVT reasonably concludes that Product Launch is not likely to occur by [ * ], CVT shall notify Innovex of the change in circumstances and its revised estimate of the scheduled Launch (the "Revised Launch Date").

  • If at any time CVT reasonably concludes that Product Launch is not likely to occur by December 31, 2003, CVT shall notify Innovex of the change in circumstances and its revised estimate of the scheduled Launch (the "Revised Launch Date").
