Revised Code of Washington or “RCW” means the compilation of all permanent laws now in force. All references in this Contract to RCW chapters or sections include any successor, amended, or replacement statute. Pertinent RCW chapters can be accessed at xxxx://xxxx.xxx.xx.xxx/rcw/.
Revised Code of Washington or "RCW" means the compilation of all permanent laws now in force. It is a collection of Session Laws (enacted by the Legislature, and signed by the Governor, or enacted via the initiative process), arranged by topic, with amendments added and repealed laws removed. It does not include temporary laws such as appropriations acts.
Revised Code of Washington or “RCW” shall mean laws passed by the Washington State Legislature. All references to RCW chapters or sections shall include any successor, amended, or replacement statute.
