Revised Baseline Schedule definition

Revised Baseline Schedule means the schedule submitted by the Contractor to show changes to the Current Baseline Schedule required to accurately reflect any changes in the Contractor’s plan for performing the work or the impact of any approved changes in the Work. The Revised Baseline Schedule, once accepted by Authority, becomes the Current Baseline Schedule for which progress and entitlement for adjustments at the Completion Deadline are measured.
Revised Baseline Schedule has the meaning given to it in Attachment 9 (Project and Construction Management).
Revised Baseline Schedule means incorporating the changes in the current schedule and making it a new baseline.

Examples of Revised Baseline Schedule in a sentence

  • Design-Builder shall submit a Revised Baseline Schedule when required in accordance with Exhibit 11.1. Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Payment until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Revised Baseline Schedule.

  • Department’s review and approval of the Preliminary, Baseline Schedule or subsequent Schedule Updates and Revised Baseline Schedule shall not be construed as relieving Design- Builder of its complete and exclusive control and responsibility over the means, methods, sequences and techniques for executing the Work and does not constitute approval or acceptance of Design-Builder’s ability to complete the Work within the Contract Time(s).

  • Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Early Work Payment or Applications for Payment, as applicable, until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Revised Baseline Schedule.

  • Such time extension requests, if approved by JWA, shall result in the issuance of a Revised Baseline Schedule in accordance with the terms defined in contractors’ agreements with COUNTY, and Revised Baseline Schedule must be approved by the A-E.

  • Department’s review and approval of the Preliminary Schedule, Baseline Schedule or subsequent Schedule Updates and Revised Baseline Schedule shall not be construed as relieving Design-Builder of its complete and exclusive control and responsibility over the means, methods, sequences and techniques for executing the Work and does not constitute approval or acceptance of Design- Builder’s ability to complete the Work within the Contract Times.

  • In general, the pay adjustment (or reimbursement) shall equal, at the District’s election: (i) the amount allocated to such Work in the Revised Baseline Schedule; (ii) the DB Contractor’s cost savings associated with its failure to perform the Work in strict accordance with the Contract requirements; or (iii) the amount deemed appropriate by the District to provide compensation for impacts to affected parties, such as future maintenance and/or other costs relating to the Nonconforming Work.

  • Such time extension requests, if approved by JWA, shall result in the issuance of a Revised Baseline Schedule in accordance with the terms defined in contractors’ agreements with COUNTY, and Revised Baseline Schedule must be approved by the PROJECT MANAGER.

  • Design-Builder shall submit and Department shall approve a Revised Baseline Schedule (i) as a condition precedent to Department’s issuance of NTP and (ii) whenever required in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Technical Requirements.

  • The latest accepted Revised Baseline Schedule shall remain in force until a subsequent Revised Baseline Schedule is accepted by MDOT.

  • The Revised Baseline Schedule shall reflect the current status of the completed and ongoing activities and actual earnings to date as of the current Data Date.
