Review Updates definition

Review Updates means the creation of a new version of Your Review. "Reviewed Solutions" means any products or services that have been assessed using Your Review and which remain live and Your App Library. "Scoring Logic" means the agreed scoring or pass/ fail thresholds. "Section Content (Questions)" means the agreed questions that make up Your Review. "Section/Question Logic" means the logic that dynamically adjusts the section content based on prior question answers. "Services Schedule" means the ORCHA Products and the ORCHA Services to be provided to You as further described in schedule 1, such ORCHA Products and ORCHA Services being specified in more detail in the Specification; “Services” means the ORCHA Services "Specification" means the schedule to the Contract containing all or any of: the Initial Specification; the Review Specification; the Digital Health Portal Specification; or the Pro-Solutions Specification that make up the ORCHA Products and Services as are from time to time updated and amended through the Term of the Contract. “Standard Configuration” means the configuration elements for all ORCHA Products set out in the Specification, that are available without additional development requirements. Any requirements in the Specification that are beyond the Standard Configuration will, unless expressly set-out in the Initial Specification, be subject to further discussion and may impact upon the Health TRX Fees. “Supported Population” means the population of target end users set out in the Initial Specification which Your Portal can be promoted to. “Supported Apps” means the Apps that are relevant to Your Supported Population. "Term" means the term of the Contract; "Third Party Provider" a third party (other than Us or You or either of our Group Companies) whose content or services are included in any ORCHA Product; "Trade Marks" any and all trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) trade names, brands or logos owned by and used by any member of Our Group in respect of the ORCHA Products and/or ORCHA Services; "Updates and Patches" means any new update to an ORCHA Product which corrects faults or fixes bugs, as determined
