If and to the extent Seller obtains between the date the Review Documentation was made available for Purchaser's review and the Closing Date any other information, reports, assessments or data, if any, which materially changes or amends or is materially different than the information in the Review Documentation, Seller shall promptly furnish Purchaser with such new or additional reports or amendments or contrary or conflicting information.
The fulfillment by Seller of each of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects, including, without limitation, the delivery of all of the Review Documentation to Purchaser within the Review Period.
