Revenue Score definition

Revenue Score means, with respect to a Performance Period, a percentage based on achievement of Target Revenue, ranging from 0% to 200% achievement. The Revenue Score methodology for the initial Performance Period and (unless otherwise determined by the Committee) for future Performance Periods is set forth on Exhibit A-1.

Examples of Revenue Score in a sentence

  • The current term of the General Bankcard Revenue Score Addendum to the Master Contract executed by the parties hereto on February 17, 1995, as amended (the “Revenue Score Addendum”) is hereby extended to November 30, 2004.

  • Thereafter, the term of the Revenue Score Addendum will be automatically renewed for consecutive two (2) year terms, unless one party notifies the other in writing at least 270 days prior to the termination date of its intent to terminate the Revenue Score Addendum upon the conclusion of the 270 day notice period.
