Revenue Components definition

Revenue Components means, collectively, the Brokerage Component, Management Component and the Computer Operations Component.

  • If such Notice of Disagreement is given, then Buyer and Seller shall use reasonable efforts to resolve the disagreement regarding the calculation of the Closing Tangible Net Worth and the Revenue Components.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.
