Reusable Components definition

Reusable Components means the components listed as Reusable Components in Exhibit A.”
Reusable Components means Intellectual Property that may be created in providing the Services that (i) is capable of broad reuse in software development or information systems, (ii) is not uniquely applicable to the Customer's services or products, and (iii) does not by or in itself constitute a competitive advantage for the Customer;

Examples of Reusable Components in a sentence

  • Consultant agrees that the license granted to Company by Consultant regarding Reusable Components, including the ability to make modifications to same, is also granted to Company’s successors, assigns, and licensees.

  • The term “Protected Works,” as used in this Agreement, shall not include Reusable Components and Licensed Components.

  • Company is licensed to edit or modify the Reusable Components for such use.

  • In Section 5.1(b) of the Agreement, the parenthetical “(e.g. Device, Drug, Dispenser Kit, Reusable Components and Accessories)” shall be amended to add “Disposable Components” to the list within the parenthetical.
