Non-U.S. Citizen means any Person other than a U.S. Citizen.
U.S. Citizen means an individual who is a citizen of the United States.
Non-Citizen means any person or entity who is not a “citizen of the United States” (as defined in Section 41102 of the Act and administrative interpretations issued by the Department of Transportation, its predecessors and successors, from time to time), including any agent, trustee or representative of a Non-Citizen.

Returning Officer means a Returning Officer appointed pursuant to the Act;
Continuing care retirement community means a residential
Personal Grievance means a claim of unjustifiable dismissal, unjustifiable disadvantage, discrimination, sexual or racial harassment, or duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union or employees’ organisation.
Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.
Common name means any designation or identification such as code name, code number, trade name, brand name or generic name used to identify a chemical other than by its chemical name.
Citizen means a person who, if an individual, was born or naturalized as a citizen of the United States or, if other than an individual, meets the require- ments of section 905(c) of the Act and section 2 of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended (46 U.S.C. 802).
Personal Identification Number (PIN) means a confidential four-digit code number provided to a calling card customer to prevent unauthorized use of his/her calling card number. LIDB and/or the LIDB administrative system can store a PIN for those line numbers that have an associated calling card.
Adult Foster Home (AFH means any home in which residential care and services are provided in a home-like environment for compensation to five or fewer adults who are not related to the provider by blood, marriage, or adoption. An adult foster home does not include any house, institution, hotel, or other similar living situation that supplies room or board only, if no individual thereof requires any element of care.
Foreign limited partnership means a partnership formed under laws other than of this state and having as partners one or more general partners and one or more limited partners.
Resident means a person who has maintained his permanent home in the above defined geographical area for a period of not less than one year or who, having had a permanent home in this area, has temporarily left with the intention of returning to this area as his permanent home.
National Grid means National Grid Gas plc (Company No.2006000) whose registered office is at 1-3 Strand, London WC2N 5EH.
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Owners Corporation means the Owners’ corporation of the Lot and the Development incorporated and registered under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);
Signing means the signing by the Parties of this Agreement;
United States Citizen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
authorised employee means a municipal employee who is authorised in terms of delegated or sub-delegated authority by the Municipality to exercise a power or perform a duty in terms of this By-law or to inspect land and buildings in order to enforce compliance with this By-law or the zoning scheme;
Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Is regarded as having an impairment means 1) has a physical or mental impairment that does not substantially limit major life activities but that is treated by a recipient as constituting such a limitation; 2) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits major life activities only as a result of the attitudes of others towards such impairments; or 3) has none of the impairments defined in “physical and mental impairment” above, but is treated by a recipient as having such an impairment.
E-Signature means the process of attaching to or logically associating with an Electronic Transmission an electronic symbol, encryption, digital signature or process (including the name or an abbreviation of the name of the party transmitting the Electronic Transmission) with the intent to sign, authenticate or accept such Electronic Transmission.
Non-Bank Tax Certificate shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.4(e)(ii)(B)(3).
Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.
Authorized Employee means an employee of Processor who has a need to know or otherwise access Personal Data to enable Processor to perform their obligations under this Addendum or the Agreement.
