Returned Transactions definition

Returned Transactions means the total amount of all returned Transactions (including amounts paid by Boylesports or any of its Affiliates as a result of credit card abuse or fraud, or paid to settle any claim involving the allegation of credit card abuse of fraud), all Transactions that are disputed or denied by Customers, and all other amounts generated by Customers which Boylesports is unable to collect, either from them or from the relevant financial institution or payment services provider;
Returned Transactions means all (a) charge-backs, including ‘preventative’ charge-backs (being amounts which 888 refrains from charging the End-Users in order to avoid anticipated charge-backs); (b) other amounts paid or refunded to End-Users, merchant banks, credit card issuers or other payment service providers as a result of abuse or fraud relating to credit cards or other payment methods, or in settlement of claims involving the allegation of such abuse or fraud; and (c) amounts which are otherwise uncollectible from (or reimbursed to) End-Users or their applicable payment service providers, whether as a result of being disputed or denied by End-Users or for any other reason.

  • Declined or Returned Transactions In using the Service, you are requesting the Service (through the Service Provider) to make Bill Payments to the Payee on your behalf, and to debit the amount of the Bill Payment from your Payment Account.

  • Company may accept Items that do not receive a TeleCheck Approval Code or that do not meet the warranty requirements (these Items are Ineligible Items); however, Ineligible Items are not covered under TeleCheck’s Information Warranty and Company shall be fully responsible and liable to TeleCheck for all Returned Transactions on Ineligible Items.
